States is always a big focus for our Championships dancers, and this year was no exception! 20 of our dancers took to the stage over the course of the event, in both solo and team championships.

Our dancers and teachers worked exceptionally hard in the lead up to the Championships and it showed on stage with many of our dancers achieving personal goals in their solo events and dancing the best we’ve seen from them yet.

Our teams also had a great day on Sunday, taking away 5 State Titles. Two of these held special meaning to the Roberts Academy. The Senior Mixed 8 Hand won a trophy donated in memory of Emma & Olivia’s Great Grandmother, and the Senior Figure trophy is in memory of Andrew’s mother.
