A small group of dancers from the Roberts Academy of Irish dancing entertained the residents at a local aged care facility with their footwork this St Patrick’s Day.

The staff organised a great Irish themed quiz and had their main hall decorated specially. Residents and staff alike even joined in the festive spirit, dressing in green for the day.

The dancers received a lovely welcome and put on a great display. Residents were delighted by the steps & the sparkling costumes. As a special treat, they were even joined by one of the dancer’s parents, Beth, who lead the residents & staff in a sing along of Molly Malone.

It was a lovely day for all, and we can’t wait to head back again next year!
